Admitted to the Paris Bar, Mbaye-Yacine THIAM practices in business litigation, criminal law, and employment and labor law.
He is particularly committed to the protection of whistleblowers, whom he supports both in advisory work and in litigation.
Before founding M.TH Avocat, Mbaye-Yacine THIAM acquired solid experience with leading French and American law firms (Alerion, Orrick Rambaud Martel and Jones Day), working on complex, high-stakes cases, in both advisory and litigation roles. This career path has enabled him to forge a demanding, cross-functional practice.
Trained at Sciences Po Paris, Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Columbia Law School (New York), Mbaye-Yacine THIAM works in French, English and Spanish, serving both French and international clients.
Mbaye-Yacine THIAM is also a lecturer at Sciences Po Paris, where he teaches an introduction to law course and a comparative constitutional law course.
His effective, personal approach is based on controlling legal risk and a uncompromising defence of rights and freedoms.
